Role

An open job that a Client is looking to fill.

Referral

A candidate that is referred by a Referrer to an open Role at a Client.

Referrer Reputation

Indication of the performance of a referrer, e.g. how well did their past candidates match the requirements of the roles they were referred to. Takes into account the opinion of the Vetter, how many candidates were invited for an interview and how many candidates got hired.

Client Reputation

Indication of how well a client run their hiring process. The faster candidates get interviewed or rejected, the higher the reputation of the client. Referrers prefer working for clients with a higher reputation.

Bounty escrow contract

The smart contract that holds the pre-paid bounty. From here, it's either refunded to the client in case no hire is made, or paid to the referrer in case of a hire.
