V1 - Advisory Council

• Stakeholders get a forum and are listened to, all decisions are made by Job Protocol LTD

V2 - 55% vote

• 55% of the vote is decided by stakeholders, 45% by Job Protocol LTD. This gives the community majority voting power in case of extremely controversial decisions, while for all others giving Job Protocol LTD and a small majority the decision power to move quickly.

V3 - Full governance

• The Job Protocol governance token is launched. Job Protocol Inc is removed from voting power and replaced by token holders.
